- Pool Area: Access to the well-maintained large community pool (16x6m) with lawn area (rarely used by neighbors).
- Parking: Reserved parking space directly in front of the house (just a few steps to the living room).
- Important Notes: Please always supervise children (no lifeguard on site). The pool gate must be kept closed at all times to protect non-swimmers. Out of consideration for the neighbors, parties and loud music are not permitted.
